New Year we celebrate this occasion through preparing foods together with family or relatives we can called this “media noche”.
One of the tradition is using fire cracker during 12 o’clock midnight.When we back to the school our teacher tells as what is our New Years Resolutions,as I remembered I always tell that my new years resolution was to become a very a good daughter of my parents because it is only one I could give.Now , I am a teacher my New Years Resolution is to pursue all the rules and regulations in our school because I know that it will help me to improve myself in my teaching career.
In every country there is a different culture on how to celebrate this occasion. In China,
they believe that using fire cracker will take away the bad spirit. In Germany during new year is the best time for oracle. In Italy, they are preparing foods like pasas, bread, turkey, chicken, rabbit and any kind of food that have pasta especially spaghetti. In Venenzuela like other country, they prepare foods and drinks for the family and relatives.Another tradition is preparing 12 grapes.In Canada they believe that new year is gift-giving.
There is a lot of way in celebrating New Year but we have one objective is to welcome the new year that have prosperous life.
