But having lung cancer can kill you fast especially if you don’t trace earlier that you have lung cancer. Lots of people around the world die everyday because of lung cancer. We can prevent having lung cancer by taking good care of our body. And not taking any kinf of cigarette or dangerous drugs.  For those people that already addicted in cigarette ot any kind of dangerous drug, it is not to late for you to change.  But you must act now before its to late and you cannot do anythings.

Are you aware of your Healthy habits ? Healthy habits is a behavior that is beneficial to one’s physical and mental health. You should have a high level of discipline and self control to have a body with a proper nutrition. Examples of healthy habits are: Regular exercise, at least 8 hours of sleep, proper hygiene, proper or balanced diet like drinking water instead of drinks that has a high level of sugar, controlling your self in eating too much fatty foods instead, we should have known which is right from the wrong ones.
We live in a world where everything is almost instant example: you don’t have much time to eat , so you’re always eating instant meal which is bad for one’s health if taken everyday, that’s why we should be wise enough to know which food is the best for our health even though the time is too short to prepare a healthy food. We should follow or do all the healthy habits in order for us to be physically and mentally healthy. By changing many of our unhealthy habits with healthy we can increase our productivity at work as well as at home.
